To ensure we deliver the highest quality beef, at this time we process only by spring and fall harvests.*

We’ve limited supply of our mountain valley Charolais beef and request a non-refundable 15 percent deposit to schedule grass finishing, round-trip transportation to our harvest-processor, and delivery to our mid-town Ruidoso delivery/pick up point at 2716 Sudderth Drive, co-located with the Mountain Ski Shop.
You’ll be notified 3 weeks in advance by email and text to complete your payment and confirm pick up of your beef box.
