What makes Finca Emile grass-fed beef special?

Like a fine wine, we believe the quality of beef is a function of the land, the forage, and treatment of the cattle. We believe stewardship of our grass-fed beef begins with the production details and is completed with attention to the cattle’s growth, condition, and harvest methods.

Why doesn’t Finca Emile ship beef boxes?

To ensure the highest quality of a limited available product we schedule feed out, transport, and processing by harvest season and specifically your order. We bundle these orders, deeming our customers as owners of a minimum of 1/8th of a cow and in doing so we can pass on cost-savings to our customers.

For these reasons we do not create large supply chains that would introduce long freezing periods that can diminish the freshness of the beef and your enjoyment. We also believe local means just that: local.

Where will I be able to pick up my order?

For our New Mexico customers pick ups will be available at 2716 Sudderth Drive, Ruidoso, NM 88345, located inside the Mountain Ski Shop.

For our Texas customers pick ups will be available at 8037 Lockheed Drive, El Paso, Texas 79925. Look for the orange and white Finca Emile Beefhaus awning on the east side of the building.

We will notify you by text or email 3 weeks before your pick up window, typically 2 or 3 days.

What’s up with the non-refundable deposit?

When we receive your non-refundable deposit your beef is scheduled for transport, finishing, harvest, and minimum 21 day dry aging.

As we incur obligations to third-party service providers we are responsible for timely payment to these persons.

Your deposit is a nominal amount to insure us we will not incur additional expenses for handling and storage of beef boxes that don’t have a home.

Do You Provide an Insulated Container for Pickup?

You may purchase one with your selection of a Finca Emile Beefhaus box or you are free to bring your own to pickup.

Can I order beef organs add select cuts to my order?

In order to obtain the best harvest and processing value for all our customers, beef organs are committed to a third party. Given our limited supply of exceptional grass fed Charolais beef, our beef packages are organized to provide the greatest variety of preferred beef cuts to the greatest number of our customers.  Enjoy your selection of Finca Emile Beefhaus packages!
