If you’re looking for grass fed Charolais beef, born and irrigated pasture raised in the Hondo Valley, New Mexico, we’re here for you.
How it Works
1. Select Your Box.
We’ve assembled three beef boxes to suit individuals and families, all containing a diverse and high-quality selection of primal cuts. Select Your Box.
2. Pickup Order.
Your meat is carefully packed and delivered to our mid-town Ruidoso delivery/pick up point at 2716 Sudderth Drive, co-located with the Mountain Ski Shop. Please remember to bring your insulated container to take home or add an insulated container to your cart at checkout.
3. Enjoy.
Use our recipes, tips, and tricks to cook something special to share with friends and family – and rest assured you’re using the best meat on the planet. Please check our events page for upcoming tastings, and preparations by local chefs. Feel free to submit your inspired recipes by sending us an email.
Our Charolais beef are never physically altered and are able to express their natural behaviors in voluntary social groups.
