If you’re looking for grass fed Charolais beef, born and irrigated pasture raised in the Hondo Valley, New Mexico, we’re here for you.
We believe good management and attention to our animals’ pasture, access to mountain water, and apple and pear orchard ‘falls’ grazing is essential for health, growth and excellent taste.
Our Charolais beef are never physically altered and are able to express their natural behaviors in voluntary social groups.
We promote healthy soils and pasture by practicing rotational grazing, and maintaining a diverse mixture of pasture grass – all located within a mountain valley environment which includes apple, pear, and native black walnut orchards. No added hormones or antibiotics.
