We’ve assembled three beef boxes to suit individuals and families, all containing a diverse and high-quality selection of primal cuts:

  • the Dude (12-14 lbs)

  • the Wrangler (16-18 lbs)

  • the Top Hand (22-26 lbs)

To ensure we deliver the highest quality beef, we process by spring, summer and fall harvests.

We’ve limited supply of our mountain valley Charolais beef and request a non-refundable 15 percent deposit to schedule grass finishing, round-trip transportation to our harvest-processor, and delivery to our Ruidoso pick up point at 710 State Highway 48 and to our El Paso pick up point at 8037 Lockheed Drive, east side of building - look for the orange and white Finca Emile Beefhaus awning.

You’ll be notified 2 weeks in advance by email to complete your payment and confirm pick up of your beef box.
